Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Maryland

I was treated 6 moths ago for a mandible fracture. My jaw was wired shut for 6 weeks. When i first went in to have the surgery My Appoint was rescheduled twice. I was forced to sit at home for 3 days with a jaw that was broken in 2 places. My face is now disfigured and i have an excruciating popping of my jaw when i do anything that requires opening it. The place where i was treated said that they cant do anything.
