This rule sets forth the procedure regarding the filing of an answer to a civil complaint. If you go to the circuit court in your county, they should have a law library containing the maryland rules. Also if you are near a law school, it's library would have them. You also might find them by using a search engine.

Rule 2-323 Answer in Circuit Court can be found in Michie's Annotated Code or similar publication at any law library.
