This rule sets forth the procedure regarding the filing of an answer to a civil complaint. If you go to the circuit court in your county, they should have a law library containing the maryland rules. Also if you are near a law school, it's library would have them. You also might find them by using a search engine.

Rule 2-323 Answer in Circuit Court can be found in Michie's Annotated Code or similar publication at any law library.
You should consider hiring an attorney as there are many matters that present themselves during a legal suit for which you either may not be well acquainted or may benefit from a third party's representation.
