Legal Question in Personal Injury in Maryland

If a bogus personal injury case (car accident) has been filed against me - can we sue the lawyer whom is initiating it?

No, but you can ask for the other side to pay your legal fees in certain instances where the other party is being unreasonable, overly litigious, etc. It's not an easy standard to meet however.
