Legal Question in Personal Injury in Maryland

i sent my car to get a motor replaced 5 months ago and they still didnt have the car running. then i come to find out they backed a tow truck into my car. they had the fender off and i was missing a headlight. i have photos to prove the parts off the car.they told me they werent going to tell me and they didnt have to tell me about there tow truck backing into my car. do i have a case? What should i do? thank you
