It means that you apparently failed to comply with the court rule that requires you to answer interrogatories and/or provide documents requested by the other party within the the 30 day deadline you had after receiving these discovery requests. I'm assuming the motion was filed by the other party. You should have received a copy of it. If you don't respond either by immediately providing the requested discovery, or by filing an opposition to the motion if you think you have a defense, the court could grant whatever relief is requested in the motion. If you are trying to handle this case by yourself, especially against a party who has legal counsel, I urge you to seek the assistance of an experienced trial attorney.
