Legal Question in Personal Injury in Maryland

crossing double solid lines

i was hit by a man who turned left over double soild lines to park right he went completely over lines swung left with a big van and came back and struck my car, his whole van was over lines my car on right side of road and i was charged. can u tell me is this fightible in court.
