Legal Question in Personal Injury in Maryland

My daughter signed a release form from the MTV Reality Show Jersey Shore. She was at her bachorlette party and very inebriated and does not remember much about what happened. Now the wedding has been called off and I would like to know is there anyway she stop MTV from airing the footage of her?

Probably not. When she signed the release, it undoubtedly granted total control over the project to the producers. The repaying of any consideration she was paid, or benefits she received would probably have to be offered back to the producers in an attempt to persuade them not to air the footage.
