Legal Question in Personal Injury in Maryland

For failure to stop after an accident when the so called accident was in a Wendys drive thru, what is the worst that can happen? I just got a summns in the mail stating that I have to appear in court for a hit and run case when I don't even recall hiatting anyone.

The worst that happens is that you can go to jail and have to pay a fine. Hire a criminal defense attorney with experience in traffic cases QUICKLY.
