Legal Question in Personal Injury in Maryland
I was falsely accused of hitting a parked car today and when I called my insurance company to let them know I found out that I had been removed from the insurance holders policy.. What can I do?

It's unfortunate that the policy holder didn't let you know that they were taking you off the policy so you could get your own coverage, assuming that's the case. The insurer would have sent out an amended declaration reciting the change, but it was probably sent to an address where you do not live. But in any case you won't be covered for this claim. Of course you should get your own coverage immediately to protect yourself against future events. As to this claim, if you are sued you can defend yourself in court with or without legal counsel.
