If a person is injured anothe person driving aout of state company vehicle and the person suffers injures amounting to 100,00 medical bills.the injured is a MD resident where do they file suit?

If you have $100,000 in medical bills you need to be represented by Counsel in this matter. Minimum limits of insurance in Maryland are $20,000. You need to find additional coverage for your losses. The personal defendant can be sued where the accident happened,or where s/he lives or works. But if you are lucky you may find other defendants who may be liable as well.
