Legal Question in Personal Injury in Maryland
I was in Giant and slipped on some grapes, I was sent to the er where I was told I ruptured my achilles tendon, I paid for the er visit but the Dr told me to see an ortho doctor in my location. Is this something I should pay for?

If Giant isn't willing to pay for the doctor right away, you might consider using your insurance or your own resources to get medical treatment. In the meantime, take the time to discuss the matter with a personal injury attorney. You should have reported the fall to the manager and demanded that they not destory any videotapes of the incident. If you haven't already made that demand, you should do so as soon as possible.
If you want to discuss this further, I am available to meet with you in my Bethesda office (301)678-3725.
