What are my rights if I am involved in a hit and run?

If you are the victim of a hit and run and cannot ID the perpetrator, you may recover any damages (up to your policy limit) from your uninsured motorist policy. Contact an experienced personal injury attorney if you were hurt; otherwise, contact your insurance agent.
