You should still consult with an attorney. If the accident was the fault of the Restaurant or its personnell it is still an ongoing business and your claim is now one of its ongoing account payables.

Also, there may be insurance and the restaurant may not be telling you the truth. Your claim should be submitted to the owner and if not settled (even on a payment plan over time) a lawsuit should be filed which will bring out insurance if there is any.

Please feel free to contact me in this regard as there is absolutely no expense to you unless we are successful in recovering on your claim. You can find me at www.walterlaake.com.

Contact me as soon as you are able. Insurance may still be present and even if not you may need to bring a lawsuit on the restaurant. Let's discuss your case today.
