Legal Question in Personal Injury in Maryland

Injury.

Hello.

I recently hurt my back, but not necessarily from work, but aggrivated at work, and I had a trip to the emergency rrom where my doctor gave me a note to basically say ''take it easy.'' I am a professional chef and my employer is still making me work 60 hour work weeks, practically no breaks in between 8-10 hour shifts. I have told my employer to take it easy, but since the shedule was already written, they did nothing about it. Is there anything I can legally do? Thanks alo

Your doctor should write a note specifically advising you to refrain from the usual duties of your job if he feels that's appropriate.
