Legal Question in Personal Injury in Maryland
I was in a minor auto accident, the other driver was at fault. Damage to my vehicle was $553 and repairs were completed in a day. I was examined by a doctor after experiencing neck pain. The doctor said a had bone spurs that were aggravated by the accident. I appear to be fine now. The other driver's insurance company has offered me $640 maximum for pain and suffering. Is this a fair offer?
