Legal Question in Personal Injury in Maryland

mistrial

if there is a court order that the past may not be brought up and the other side lawyer brings it up more then 2 times and is told to stop then in his final statement he again brings it up and pollutes the juries mind and the judge didnt stop him this time is it grounds for a mistrial
