Legal Question in Personal Injury in Maryland

I have a personal injury case, I was struck by a car in Maryland (I was a pedestiran in a crosswalk), how much is my claim worth?

I have documented injuries and have sought treatment. The other party has admitted liability.

It was a rental owned by AVIS.

I have pain that wil never go away, and is chronic.

The value of your injuries will depend, among other things, the extent of your injury, the quality of the medical expert and his report, estimated past and future lost wages, past and future medical bills, pain and suffering (based on your ability and the experts ability to explain them), and prior verdicts and settlements.

You should interview several attorneys who have experience with severe personal injuries. Select the attorney who fits your needs (experience, accessibility, budget, comfort level, calendar, etc.)

You have a case. Liability is but one factor of acquiring a recovery. Your damages should be reviewed by an attorney.

I'll need to discuss your case to determine your medical history and other information about the person who caused your injuries.

Insurance coverage, or lack thereof, is critical. Also critical is the financial status of the driver.

Contact me immediately as timing is essential.

You may have a case, or you may not if you are at fault. The first question is whether you were crossing against the light. You should contact an attorney immediately so they can begin to investigate this matter before evidence is lost.
