My husband recently had a motorcycle accident - he is suffering from some memory loss - I need power of attorney - how will she accomplish this?

If your husband, despite the memory loss, is capable of understanding the nature and purpose of a power of attorney, and is agreeable to convey such power to you, one can be prepared and signed by him. There is particular language that must be included for it to be valid, so I highly recommend that you consult with an attorney experienced in this area.
