slip and fall
If an indivual slips and falls on the icy sidewalk of an apartment complex is the apartment complex libel for hospital bills etc even if they have put up a sign that says icy conditions but has neglected to sand = salt = or shovel said sidewalks and/or parking lots.

Maybe. It depends if the owner was negligent, and if the injured person either assumed the risk of walking on the ice or was contributorily negligent by doing so. If this is a real situation, see a lawyer who can discuss the specific facts with you.
