Legal Question in Personal Injury in Maryland

Slip and Fall, Should I sue?

Walking in to a resturant I slpped and fell on the ice injuring my knee. The fall caused a sprain and a contusion. Having to wear a brace and use crutches for several weeks and not being able to drive, walk well, play with my children or do everyday normal activities, do I have a case and should I sue for pain and suffering??

Each slip and fall case is different. You must show that the restuarant did somehing to cause you to fall or aggravate your injury. You must also show that you did nothing to cause your fall or aggravate your injury. You should consult with an attorney who can review the case with you and give you guidance after hearing ALL the facts.

The question is not whether or how badly you were hurt, but whether the restaurant was negligent in how it maintained its premises, and whether you were contributorily negligent. You provide no facts on either issue. You should consult with a lawyer and go over the details to see if you have a case.
