Legal Question in Personal Injury in Maryland
hello my name is Tonya. My Question is about my son Israel. He was born a year ago and the nurse midwife injured my son with a fetal head heart monitor. Instead of taking her time and taking it off she ripped it off and left his head bleeding. He has a bold spot in the back of his head and the hair never grew in. I contact the person in charge of complaints and she looked at my sons head and said that she will investigated. They didn't do a proper investigation. Thier wasn't a doctor to look at his head nor did they interview me. They made a conclusion on thier own and stated that the monitor didn't do any harm to my son head and clearly they did. The hospital name is bon secour hospital and they ruin my son life and i want to sue them

I am confused as to how your son's life was ruined. Personal injury cases are usually valued by the extent of the damages. Did your son suffer damages other than the bald spot? How has he suffered because of it so far?
