Tree removal- trespass/damages
Under Maryland State and common law, what are the causes of action for the unlawful removal of a tree from a private (residential) property by a licensed tree removal company?

The causes of action are for trespass, assuming you didn't invite the company on your property, and for destruction of property. Your damages would consist of the cost of replacing the tree, assuming it was in good condition. If the tree was diseased, your damages would be much less.
