Wage Reimbursement for lost time
I would like a reference for Maryland Tort law that
covers reimbursement of lost wages following injury.
In addition, are those wages reimbursed regardless of
whether the injured person used sick lea

Re: Wage Reimbursement for lost time
If you lost time from work as a result of the negligence of someone else, the negligent party is responsible for the value of the time you lost from work. This applies even if you used your sick leave--because in doing so you give up the opportunity to use it on other occasions.
