Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maryland

We own 10 acres of land that is adjacent to a College. We have no right of way. How can we obtain one?

You need to contact the adjacent property owner and negotiate an easement that gives you what you need. It should be drawn up by a real estate attorney and properly recorded in the county land records. Alternatively, depending on the respective locations of the property, perhaps they would be willing to sell you some of their property to give you access to the road. This would enable you to construct the right of way to your own specifications.
