How to add adult daughter to jt tenancy deed

We currently have jt tenancy w/right of survivorship deed. We want to add our adult daughter to the jt tenancy to avoid probate upon our death.

You would have to have a new deed drafted and executed, along with any supporting documents. Then you would have to record it in the county of residence, paying the appropriate fees to the county.
