Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maryland

Addendum to contract

We settled on a house 6 mo. ago and there was a mistake . We apparently got too much money back at settlement and the title company is asking for about half back.The title co. says we signed the correction agreement for typo's & clerical errors. It semes to make sense but it was their mistake and it is a done deal. Do we have to pay it back?
