adding a relative to a real estate deed

My mother-in -law would like to add her daugther to the deed to her house; what does she need to do?

A lawyer experienced in real estate matters can prepare such a deed quickly and inexpensively, and it is worth having a lawyer do it to be sure it is done right. There are tax implications in such transactions that should be explored as well before doing it.
