Blacklisting Query

I'm planning on moving in with a friend in Morningside apartments, Owings mills. I know for a fact that my friend has got an eviction notice atleast once. Now my question is if I add my name now as an occupant for the apartment, will my name also be blacklisted in the tenants database (assuming my friend is already blacklisted due to the notice) ?
