If the Board of Directors desolve because no one will volunteer to serve on the board when the current officers' terms expire, who can manage the building? The management company or HOA?

The management company does the job for which it was hired on a day to day basis, but it is incumbent upon the association to elect board members who are willing to serve as supervisors of the company.
