Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maryland

I bought a home in md with a va loan. im not married to my significant other because we are are a gay couple. i could not put her name on the loan because the va loan will only add spouses. how do i add her to the deed now?

You can execute a new deed conveying a joint interest to yourself and your partner. I have done this often for folks in your situation; it can be done remotely so no need to come to my office.
