Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maryland

I am completing a Quit Claim Deed for Maryland. In the left upper corner, the forms asks for the Escrow No. and the Title Order No. What exactly does this mean? Is it the mortgage company's escrow number and the title company's account number they provided us? I just need clarification. Thanks.

If there is a loan involved in this transaction, contact the lender for this information. If this is just a store-bought form you obtained in order to deed property over to someone privately, you can ignore those items.
