Condo Association Unit Acess

Does my homeowner association have the right to enter my unit (i'm the owner) without prior notification. This is not an emergency.

There should be rules in the bylaws regarding entry. A failure to obey the rules, and entry on circumstances other than those indicated can be deemed illegal; it is sometimes called trespass or even breaking and entering.
