Condo Eviction
A friend of mine emailed me with this scenario. I just finished law school, and I said ''I can't give you legal advice, or consultation.'' What do you think?
''the neighbor underneath us has filed several noise complaints that in my opinion unwarranted. i've gathered receipts, calendar appointments, etc. as evidence that we were not present for many of the alleged dates and times.
What I need from you is language and strategy about how to present our case before our condo community board. We only have 10 minutes and it's next Thursday.''

Tell your friend just to present his evidence as described in your question that would substantiate his absence from the premises at the time of the alleged noise infractions.
