Is contract valid?
Hello,
If the printed name on a real estate contract is different from the signed name is the contract valid? The buyers last name as printed on the real estate contract for sale is not the last name in which she signed the entire contract.

If it can be established that the person who signed the contract is the same person whose name appears on the contract, and who engaged in the negotiations leading to signature, the contract is valid.
