deed name change/baltimore,md.
mother passed and i am the executor of the estate. property is also willed to me. what do i do to file myself

As the estate executor (personal representative) you can execute a deed on behalf of the estate conveying the property to you as the beneficiary. The deed has to be prepared properly and then recorded in the land records. It would be a good idea to consult a real estate attorney about preparing the papers for you.
