How do I add names to a deed?

You must prepare a new deed in the proper format naming the present owner(s) as grantors and the new owners, including the present owners, as grantees. You must also specify the legal relationship between the new owners as to how they will own the property. You would be wise to engage an experienced real estate attorney to do this for you so that you are assured of passing valid legal title to the property. I have often done this without even the necessity of the client having to come to my office.
