Can developer annex into city without my property included?
We own one acre of land that is surrounded by 800 that a developer wants to have annexed into the city of Frederick. Can we be forced into being annexed into the city? Can the developer still annex without our property being included?

It's up to the government to decide whether and what land to annex. This would be part of the legislative process, and presumably hearings would be held that would enable you to express your views.
