i would like to purchase a house in my name, so that my daughter may live there, i would like to make sure she has this house even after i die, i am on disability and have been for 14 years, disability says if i put this house in my name then when i die, they will sell the house to get back all the money they gave me when i was alive...is this true???

Re: disability rights
If you are on the title to property when you die then the benefits paid in your behalf during your lifetime are recoverable against your estate which would include the property. You may want to contact an attorney.
