Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maryland
My elderly mother lives in MD and signed an agreement with a realtor to sell her home. She then decided to cancel the contract within the thirty day grace period (the realtor said she had 30 days to cancel) and my question is this; is she liable to pay the previous realtors commission if she now sold her home on her own?

If the sale is to a contact generated during the 30 days, possible, depending on the language of the contract.
