Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maryland

I entered into a contract to sell my house in the summer of 2015. Under our contract the buyer is to make monthly payments to me. The buyer has made no payments since September of 2015. What can I legally do to compel the buyer to pay as agreed?

Dear Concened Seller: What remedy or procedure does your contract provide in the event of default by the Buyer? That's where to start.

The next step is to contact the Attorney who prepard the contract and ask him or her what to do.
