My estranged wife got of my mobile phone to look into my text messages. She refuses to return to me. Can I take any legal action?

If she took it without your permission, this could constitute theft. You could go to your local District Court of Maryland to see a commissioner and swear out a criminal complaint. I'm assuming this phone is strictly on your personal wireless account and not a joint account with her as your wife.
