Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maryland
I am looking to "evict" my spouse. I am the sole name on both the title and loan. Is this possible?

No, it's not possible. If you want your spouse out of the house, you should sign a separation agreement with her or initiate divorce proceedings. Whether you end up with the house at the end of the day depends on when you purchased it -- if you purchased it prior to the marriage, it is likely yours. If you purchased it during the marriage, even if it was all your money and your name is the only one of the loan/title, it is marital property subject to being split.
Best of luck.******The above is for informational purpose only and does not create an attorney-client privilege.*******
