Right of way expiry?

We have a17' ''right of way for egress

and ingress and public utilities'' , the

only access to our home. Under what

circumstances can a right of way be

denied by the owners of the land?

If there is no expiration on the right of way and if your intended use is within the scope set forth in the document, you have an enforceable right. If they don't have it, provide the landowners with a copy of the right of way and advise them that if they continue to refuse to abide by it, you will take court action, seeking specific enforcement, damages and legal fees.
