I live in Florida, if property I purchased in Maryland have any effect on property I own in Florida

Although you didn't state it in the text of your question, I assume there is a foreclosure issue with one of your properties--presumably the MD property. If your MD property goes through a foreclosure, you will lose it to pay off the debt. If your FL property is your residence, you have creditor protection under FL law. But you should consult with a FL attorney to find out what you must do to protect your property.
