Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maryland

foreclosure

I brought a house and had someone to br

responsiable tent was making payment

but the lending company did not make the

deposit only into there bank and I found

out about the foreclosure when I pulled

my credit report and now I am stuck with

bad credit I can't get anything and the

company state they will be responsible but

not doing anything what can I do and

come find out I am not the first

Contact the Maryland Attorney General's office and file a complaint. If they feel it's beyond their jurisdiction, they can point you in the right direction.
