Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maryland

I found an old escrow check in a pile of papers for shredding. The issuing bank has been bought out by citi group and they gave me the run around for 4 months. Where can I go from here if anywhere?

If the check is stale (check with your bank) you will need to contact Citi to get a new check issued.
