Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maryland

me and my gf have been together for 2 years and now she is kicking me out, do i have any legal right to items we bought while together, ie.. tv, furniture and the such?

Yes, you do, but you will have to determine a practical way of resolving this. If you each contributed roughly half of the purchase price of such items, you should try and split them up so you come out even.
