Although your question left out a lot of information, I'll assume that the two of you were living together and either you held the lease or you both did. If you held it in your name alone, she can't sue you--you're not legally obligated to provide her with a place to live. Of course, the landlord can sue you for unpaid rent. If you were co-signers on the lease, she can sue you for contribution if she stays and pays the entire rent. But it sounds like she can't afford to do that and is being forced to move out because of your departure. Under those circumstances, she can only sue you if the landlord sues her--then she can bring you into the suit as a co-defendant.
