Hello

I have a rental tenant in Maryland condo who lease expired in Sept 2010. How much can I legally raise the rent?

I strongly suggest you review your "expired" lease and any provisions you have that concern notice required for hold over tenant and any rents for month to month lease. If you want to raise the rent, I advise you research fair market rents in the area and give appropriate notice to tenant prior to raising the rent.
