Home purchase

I was pre approved by my bank chevy chase bank to buy a home found a home listed thru remax my agent made the offer the bank of america stop the buy because we won't let them pull our credit report remember my back is the lender how can they force this and im not borrowing from bank of america.

Why does the Bank of America want to pull your credit report if they are not involved in the transaction? You need to restate your question and explain this, or better yet have your realtor do so.
